Refunds and Returns Policy

Please choose any items for purchase carefully, all goods are sold ‘as is, where is’.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:

• Change your mind and no longer want the product.

• Ordered the wrong product (please double check the product’s compatibility and all relevant information before making any purchase).

• Found it cheaper elsewhere.

• Misused it and Broke it.

• Used Battery - 2 Weeks Warranty.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all items sold are of merchantable quality, these items may have some defects and are sold as ‘seconds’.

Second-hand car parts sold at WA Auto Parts are classed as seconds and may have unknown faults they are therefore non-refundable. Consumer guarantees do not apply if: you know of, or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product; or to items bought as a one-off.

WA Auto Parts will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or refund if the item is faulty.

In some circumstances, WA Auto Parts may offer store credit. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
